Premiums depends on age, destination and deductible. Underwriting is subject to medical risk assessment.
The plans offer lifetime coverage without any general limit, meaning they can continue as long as premiums are paid, making them suitable for long-term expatriation.
The maximum entry age for Foyer Global Health insurance is 65 years. This entry limit applies to new applicants, while existing members can continue their coverage beyond this age.
The minimum contract duration is typically one year, with coverage designed for expatriates who need mid- to long-term health insurance. Contracts automatically renew annually unless canceled.
The Extensive plan does not include telemedicine. Both the Advanced and Premium plans offer remote medical consultations and online services as standard. This feature is essential for digital nomads in areas with limited healthcare infrastructure.
Medical evacuation is included on all three plans with written pre-approval. The Advanced and Premium plans offer stronger surrounding support, including telemedicine and higher assistance sub-limits (e.g., return of mortal remains up to €25.000 vs. €10.000 on Extensive). This makes the upper tiers a better safety net for evacuation scenarios
The Extensive plan caps inpatient maternity at €20,000, outpatient at €10,000, and complications at €5,000. The Advanced and Premium plans remove these sub-limits, offering comprehensive, uncapped maternity and newborn care. There is 12 months waiting period for these benefits.
