Wir legen dem Kunden stets offen, wie hoch die Provision ist, die er erh\u00e4lt, und von wem die Provision gezahlt wird, sowie die Grunds\u00e4tze der Bildung der Provision auf der Grundlage des Versicherungsvertrags. Sind zur Kl\u00e4rung der Beschwerde zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen oder eine gr\u00fcndlichere Untersuchung erforderlich, so ist die Beschwerde innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Eingang der Beschwerde beim Versicherungsmakler zu kl\u00e4ren. Der Eingang der Beschwerde wird best\u00e4tigt, und der Beschwerdef\u00fchrer wird \u00fcber das Verfahren zur Beilegung der Beschwerde in einer schriftlich wiedergebbaren Form informiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die im Falle einer Kundenbeschwerde getroffene Entscheidung wird in nachvollziehbarer schriftlicher Form an die Kontaktadresse des Kunden oder per E-Mail \u00fcbermittelt.
